On Systems Brings Fresh Insights Home from MSPGeekCon 2026
Industry conference connects On Systems leadership and engineering with new ideas in cybersecurity, automation and client service.
BRAINERD LAKES AREA, Minn. — On Systems CEO and Co-Owner Jon Melberg and Systems Engineer Dennis Fullwood attended MSPGeekCon 2026 in Orlando, Florida, bringing home new knowledge, industry connections and ideas to support the company’s continued investment in its clients.
Held May 17–19, the conference brought together managed service provider (MSP) professionals to exchange knowledge and strengthen the skills behind effective IT support. The 2026 program included sessions on practical automation, evolving cybersecurity threats, incident response, leadership and operational improvement.
For Melberg and Fullwood, the event offered valuable perspectives on where the industry is heading and how On Systems can continue to improve the services its clients rely on every day. Emerging technologies, automation strategies and cybersecurity practices were among the key areas of learning.
Those insights will help inform the team’s ongoing work to improve efficiency, strengthen security and deliver dependable technology support. By exploring new approaches alongside other experienced professionals, On Systems continues to build the knowledge needed to evaluate changing technology and make thoughtful decisions for its clients.
The connections made throughout the conference were equally valuable. Conversations with industry leaders, peers and innovators from across the country created opportunities to compare approaches, discuss shared challenges and learn from real-world experience.
That spirit of collaboration is central to MSPGeekCon, an annual, volunteer-run event focused on education and community within the managed services industry.
Melberg and Fullwood returned energized and eager to share what they learned with the On Systems team. Their participation reflects the company’s commitment to continued learning and to bringing useful ideas back to the businesses and organizations it serves.
On Systems thanks the conference organizers, volunteers and MSPGeek community for an outstanding event and for creating a welcoming environment for learning and collaboration.
